The Next Generation Project

Next Generation Care Ambassadors

The Next Generation Project

The Next Generation Project delivers an integrated Health and Care Ambassador programme, covering Suffolk and North East Essex. Funded by the CCG, its overall aim is to boost recruitment in health and social care, by engaging and working with Ambassadors from the sector to promote careers and provide a real, first-hand insight into what it is like to work in the health and social care sector.

The majority of the Ambassadors we work with are currently working in local health or care settings within Suffolk or North East Essex, this enables you to gain an understanding of what it will really be like to work in these roles in the local area. The Ambassadors can share their experience, knowledge and expertise to inspire individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are considering a career within Health or Care.

We also work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders in order to highlight career pathways and opportunities across the Health and Care Sector.
