Mindful Care Training and Consultancy supports health and social care organisations with training and consultancy around dementia, wellbeing, and emotionally informed practice. Although based in East Anglia, we support across the UK.
Delivered by a team of allied health professionals, occupational therapists, dementia leads, mindfulness and wellbeing practitioners, our work is grounded in frontline care, operational leadership and wellbeing practice. We focus on building relationships, not just delivering training, but supporting services to embed meaningful occupation, dementia excellence and emotional wellbeing into everyday culture in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.
