The Leaders in Care Network provides a regular opportunity for interactive discussions on key topics across social care. It offers a supportive and safe space to:

Each meeting features a range of expert speakers from across the sector, with content shaped around the topics and updates that matter most to you.
Open to senior carers, team leaders, care coordinators, registered managers and anyone in a supervisory role, these meetings are always free to attend. We deliver a flexible, blended approach, offering both face-to-face sessions at venues across Suffolk and online options to suit busy schedules.
Our in-person events include refreshments and time to connect informally with fellow providers in a relaxed setting. It’s a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and stay up to date with the latest in training, legislation, recruitment and best practice.
