How to Enter
Entries are now open. We look forward to seeing all of your entries this year, celebrating our 10th milestone year of the Suffolk Care Awards. Taking place on the 25th November at Venue 16. Recognise excellence, celebrate dedication, be a part of something special.
How the process works:
- Submit your entries via our Google Form here
- The entries are shortlisted
- The entries are judged by the judging panel and finalists selected
- If your entry has been shortlisted you will receive an email from us letting you know.
- Due to the high volume of entries, we cannot notify you if your entry has not been shortlisted.
Please download and refer to the category criteria when submitting your entry. Submissions should include evidence and examples to support how the nominated team or individual fully meets the specific criteria.
These examples should be current (relating to the last 12-18 months), and dates should be provided where possible.
Nominations close at 23:59pm Wednesday 2nd September 2026.
