Help Shape Community Health in Suffolk. Our Future: 2027 - 2037
NHS Suffolk and North East Essex are seeking the views of people in Suffolk on the way NHS community services are delivered between 2027 - 2037.
This engagement opportunity has been co-produced by a team representing 45+ community groups and organisations in Suffolk.
We are asking one question:
- What has worked well in NHS community services for you, and what would make them better?
These services represent around £100 million of investment each year and play a vital role in linking GPs, hospitals and social care.
