New Mental Health First Aid Training Courses for 2022

Care Development East are running the following Adult Mental Health First Aid training courses in 2022. These courses book up quickly so don't delay. We have the option of online learning and face to face classroom style.

Adult Mental Health First Aid - online via Zoom.  
Jan 17^th – 10.00am – 12.00pm
Jan 24^th – 10.00am – 12.30pm
Jan 31^st – 10.00am – 12.00pm
Feb 07^th – 10.00am –12.00pm

You must book and 'attend' all FOUR sessions to complete the course.  Please check you are available for all sessions before booking.

Adult Mental Health First Aid - Classroom at The Mix, Stowmarket. 
Feb 28^th - 9.30am - 5.00pm
Mar 07^th - 9.30am - 5.00pm

The classroom sessions are limited to 15 people and will be held at The Mix in Stowmarket.  You must book and attend both sessions to complete the course.  Refreshments and buffet lunch provided.
