Resilience-based Clinical Supervision (RBCS) programme
A fully funded programme for registered nurses and nurse associates in social care in England
Are you a registered nurse or nurse associate working in social care in England?
This fully funded Resilience-based Clinical Supervision (RBCS) programme is designed specifically for you.
If work can feel overwhelming at times, or you’d like more confidence in having supportive, meaningful conversations with colleagues, RBCS offers a safe, structured space to reflect and grow.
This isn’t management supervision or appraisal. It’s restorative clinical supervision that helps you:
• Recognise and respond positively to the emotional demands of your role
• Build resilience for yourself and your team
• Create safe, compassionate spaces for open conversation
• Strengthen confidence in supporting others without feeling you have to “fix” everything
Participants describe it as interactive, supportive and powerful – with real tools they can use immediately in practice.
The programme includes five interactive online sessions (8–12 weeks) and requires full commitment, as each session builds on the last.
Places are limited to small groups of eight to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
If you’re ready to invest in your resilience and your team’s wellbeing, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
