A big thank you to Advantage Angels, sponsors of this year’s Team of the Year (Small Provider) and Community Engagement Award. Their support helps us celebrate the dedication and impact of care professionals across Suffolk.
1. Tell us a bit about your organisation.
We are a private national nursing agency that provide healthcare professionals this includes nurses, seniors, HCA's, chefs & domestics staff to over 470 care homes within the UK. 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
2. Why did you choose to sponsor the Suffolk Care Awards 2025?
We choose to sponsor Suffolk care awards as we established our business in Suffolk in 2017 and Suffolk holds a special place in our heart. We have long standing relationships with many care groups in Suffolk which we still cover.
3. What do you enjoy most about being involved with the Care Awards?
The most enjoyable part of being part of the care awards is that it allows providers, suppliers, anyone who works in the care sector a chance to shine and be recognised in an industry that is hard work, challenging at times, yet rewarding.
4. Why do you think it’s important for others to get involved in the Suffolk Care Awards?
I think it’s important for others to get involved as caring is about sharing. Stories to be told.

5. If you or the team were to win an award for something completely unrelated to work, what would it be and why?
I would like to think we would win an award for our charity donations that we support each year giving the children of Suffolk something back.
In 2024 we donated over £30,000 to various charitable organisations in Suffolk, all linked to children.
