Sponsor Spotlight: Insight2 Mental Health – Championing Workplace Wellbeing
Part of the Suffolk Care Awards 2025 Sponsors Spotlight Series
We’re delighted to kick off our Suffolk Care Awards 2025 Sponsors Spotlight with a heartfelt thank you to Insight2 Mental Health, our sponsor for this year’s Wellbeing at Work Award.
1. Tell us a bit about your organisation.
Founded in 2020, Insight2 Mental Health Ltd is a Suffolk-based mental health training and therapy business. It offers a wide array of mental health, wellbeing, menopause and neurodiversity training courses, alongside a comprehensive talking therapies service designed for individuals facing mental health challenges.
Insight2 Mental Health's mission is to enhance mental health and wellbeing across various sectors, providing vital training to local, regional, and national organisations in industries such as food manufacturing, farming and agriculture, health and social care, retail, construction, education, and the legal profession.
2. Why did you choose to sponsor the Suffolk Care Awards 2025?
Throughout my time working alongside colleagues in the health and social care sector, I’ve seen how care workers often place the needs of others above their own. While their work can be incredibly fulfilling, it also places significant physical and emotional demands on those who do it. That’s why it’s vital that carers are supported to look after their own wellbeing so they can deliver the highest standard of care.
This award celebrates the employers who go above and beyond in recognising this need and actively champion the wellbeing of their care teams.
3. What do you enjoy most about being involved with the Care Awards?
I enjoy every aspect of the Suffolk Care Awards – from the announcement of the categories and sponsors, to reviewing the inspiring entries, and the actual awards evening itself. It’s a genuine privilege to be involved in the process from start to finish.
The Care Development East team deliver an outstanding and memorable night every September, and it’s become a highlight on my calendar!
4. Why do you think it’s important for others to get involved in the Suffolk Care Awards?
I feel it’s important for people working in the care sector to receive the recognition they deserve for the vital and often unseen work they do. Involvement from others – whether as nominators, sponsors, or supporters – helps to shine a light on the sector’s incredible contribution.
Just for fun:
5. If you were to win an award for something completely unrelated to work, what would it be and why?
If I were to win an award for anything, I would love it to be related to kindness. It’s one of my core values. Kind words and acts can make such a difference to someone’s day as we never know what someone may be going through.
