We are seeking a passionate and experienced Non-Executive Director to join our Board.

About the role
As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a critical role in supporting our continued success. You will contribute to strategic decision-making, provide governance oversight, and champion our mission.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- A strong understanding of the health and social care sector (desirable).
- Proven experience in strategic planning and governance.
- The ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- A desire to promote a positive image of health and social care.
Desirable attributes:
- Company secretarial experience or legal expertise.
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies or bid development.
- Experience in marketing or brand development.
- Experience of change management.
This role attracts a small annual allowance and requires a commitment to attend 6 to 7 meetings per annum.
