About the role

As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a critical role in supporting our continued success. You will contribute to strategic decision-making, provide governance oversight, and champion our mission.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• A strong understanding of the health and social care sector (desirable).
• Proven experience in strategic planning and governance.
• The ability to think creatively and solve problems.
• A desire to promote a positive image of health and social care.

Desirable attributes:

• Company secretarial experience or legal expertise.
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies or bid development.
• Experience in marketing or brand development.
• Experience of change management.

This role attracts a small annual allowance and requires a commitment to attend 6 to 7 meetings per annum.
