As a provider of primarily short courses we have a fundamental belief that the key to a successful, high quality health and social care provider is the learning and development opportunities offered to its employees. 

Training2Care are proud to be an endorsed provider, Skills for Care Centre of Excellence, as this gives our customers, staff and other stakeholders assurances that we have been through a rigorous quality assurance process which demonstrates the organisations commitment to delivering excellent quality training that meets the needs of learners. 

As specialists in experiential learning, Training2Care are the license holders of the Virtual Dementia Tour and creators of the Autism Reality Experience and the newly launched Dementia Interpreter Course and as such Training2Care have something truly unique to offer learners.  Furthermore, the VDT (Virtual Dementia Tour) has been proven to change practice and enhance the quality of care for people with dementia.

Training2Care have a team of 24 full time trainers (including 6 nurses) who are directly employed by the organisation.  The company trainers must have a demonstrable background in health and social care, with experience at a senior or management level.  The trainers have a diverse and wide range of experience in the sector. Between them all they have a background working with children and young people in residential care settings right through to older people with dementia and end of life care, as well as this our Trainers have expertise in both Learning Disabilities (employed Learning Disability Nurse) and Mental Health. This enables Training2Care to meet a wide range of needs within the sector.
