We offer a contribution of up to £1000 towards the cost of a mock inspection conducted by a Care Development East or Suffolk Care Association approved provider.

How it works
We offer a contribution of up to £1000 towards the cost of a mock inspection conducted by a CDE or SCA approved provider. Simply complete the application form below and we will provide you with details of these providers.
Alternatively, you can opt to use an online toolkit to support your preparation. This service is provided by Quiq Solutions and recommended by Suffolk Care Association.
The Quiq Solutions and SCA CQC Support Program will include the following:
• 12 months use of the software , no extra equipment required
• Use of CQC Pro compliance software for 12 months for up to 5 users at a CQC-registered provider, including software helpdesk support, updates and all the latest CQC standards
• 5 webinars Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well led jointly hosted by SCA and Quiq solutions on use of CQC Pro and best practice guidance on how to shine on an inspection.
• Practical demo of the software on the Social Care Forum on May 23rd
• SCA ongoing support for Managers to learn how to self audit and upload evidence with SCA using the Dashboard to overview of the program showing real-time compliance position of all participating providers across the region

Once you have had your inspection by one of the approved providers, simply send us a copy of the receipted invoice and we will arrange payment of the contribution via BACS.
