The Next Generation project is here to help support your students to have a better understanding of Health and Social Care careers and the pathways available. This is completely funded by Health Education England.

We have a fantastic team of 300 Ambassadors from many different roles such as; healthcare assistants, support workers, care home managers, admins, physios, paramedics, nurses, doctors, students training in the sector, and managers of departments and organisations.

We can organise a range of professionals from the sector to attend careers fairs, lunchtime drop-in sessions, and assemblies to support Health & Social Care lessons. We can also design bespoke sessions to support the curriculum you need to cover. We can accommodate all school and college year groups. We can also support you with mock interviews and career events at your school.

In addition to this, we are also coordinating a series of new and exciting Health and Social Care Academies. These are a series of live sessions delivered by Health and Social Care professionals with the aim of providing insight into their careers, the rewards and challenges as well as advice and guidance to anyone wishing to pursue a career in their field. There is also the opportunity to ask questions.
