Promoting Care Careers
Through our brand Care Careers Suffolk, we actively promote rewarding care careers by providing a free information service for individuals looking to choose social care as a career choice.
We also support employers from the Adult Social Care sector to recruit compassionate, caring and enthusiastic individuals and guide them directly into employment, work placements, taster days or Apprenticeships.
If you’re an employer, we can help and support you in finding the right individual to join your team as an apprentice or as a student undertaking a work placement. Supporting trainees gives you the opportunity to ‘grow your own’ staff in a real working environment while they are guided and assisted in undertaking relevant practical training.
If you’re a young person who is looking for a future career in the world of social care, we can meet with you and talk to you about the roles and placements you want to move towards. We will support you from the initial discussion, finding a suitable provider, help with the interview process and remain a happy face throughout.
